SEOIT is an AI-powered website scanning tool that analyzes publicly available website data to provide SEO, performance, accessibility, security, and content scores along with recommendations for improvement.

You may use the Service to:

• Scan websites you own or have authorization to analyze.
• Scan publicly accessible websites for informational purposes.
• Generate and share PDF reports from your scans.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to attack, disrupt, or harm any website or server.
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse the Service through automated bulk scanning.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
• Use scan results to defame, harass, or intimidate website owners.

• Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal are governed by the respective app store's terms.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store settings.
• Refunds are handled by the respective app store according to their refund policies.

7. Accuracy of Results

Scan results and scores are generated algorithmically and with AI assistance. While we strive for accuracy:

• Results are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.
• Scores may vary between scans due to website changes, network conditions, or algorithm updates.
• We do not guarantee that implementing suggested fixes will achieve specific results.
• AI-generated summaries and recommendations may contain inaccuracies.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, branding, and the SEOIT frog mascot, are owned by Octopye and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

9. User-Generated Content

Scan reports you generate are yours to use and share. However, we retain the right to display the SEOIT branding on generated reports.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Octopye from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Octopye operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
